Return Policy

Parts:

All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by this invoice and subject to our consent. All returns must be made within 30 days. Items returned are subject to 20% restocking charge plus return freight on special order items. No returns for electrical parts. If package is torn, crushed, written on or defaced in any way, it cannot be returned. In case of an error such as damage, shortage or surplus items, please report it within 13 days of delivery.

Some items cannot be returned, not limited to but including:

1. Hazardous materials
2. Special order items that cannot be returned to vendor
3. Final Sale items
4. Axles

Cores:

All cores must be returned within 30 days for credit consideration.
F.E.T. tax changes have made customers responsible to report and pay excise tax on certain repairs/modifications. Please check and pay the appropriate tax.
